TLTek ("we", "us", or "our") built the Bebi app ("the App") to help parents track their baby's daily activities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- Account information: Email address and authentication credentials when you sign up.
- Baby profile: Baby's name, date of birth, and gender that you provide during profile setup.
- Activity data: Feeding, diaper, and sleep records that you log through the App.

The App uses Google Firebase, which may automatically collect:
- Device identifiers: Firebase Installation ID for service delivery.
- Basic device information: Device model, operating system version, and app version for compatibility and troubleshooting.
We do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting tools that collect additional data beyond what is listed above.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Provide and maintain the App's core functionality (tracking, statistics, and reports).
- Sync your data across your devices via your account.
- Send local notifications based on your preferences.
- Generate insights and daily reports from your logged data.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the App's functionality.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore) and is associated with your authenticated account. We use industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
- Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in.
- Firestore security rules that restrict data access to authenticated account owners only.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data may be processed by the following service providers solely to operate the App:

5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen in the App. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is designed for parents and caregivers to track their baby's activities. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All data is entered and managed by the parent or caregiver.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we store about you (visible within the App).
- Correct or update your information through the App.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Export your data by contacting us.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
