FastSpend — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the FastSpend mobile application (the "App"), provided by TLTek ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

FastSpend is a personal expense-tracking application that lets you record transactions, organize them into categories, set budgets, view summaries and history, use a home-screen widget, and optionally back up and sync your data to the cloud. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
The optional Cloud Backup feature requires you to sign in with a Google account through Google / Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

3. Your data and content

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the App ("Your Content"). By using the optional Cloud Backup feature, you instruct us to store and sync Your Content using Google Firebase so that it is available across your devices. Our handling of Your Content is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Premium features and payments

Certain features (such as Cloud Backup) may be offered as paid or "premium" features. If and when paid features become available, the price, billing terms, renewal, and cancellation conditions will be presented to you at the point of purchase and processed through the applicable app store (e.g., Google Play). Purchases are subject to that store's terms and refund policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its supporting infrastructure.
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App without our written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by TLTek and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal use.

7. Financial disclaimer

FastSpend is a tool to help you record and organize your own spending. It does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any decisions you make based on the App's outputs.

8. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services, including Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore). Your use of those services is also governed by the respective third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. We may also update the App and these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL ALWAYS BE PRESERVED OR SYNCED WITHOUT LOSS.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TLTEK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR, IF YOU PAID NOTHING, A REASONABLE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED USD 50.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TLTek from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [JURISDICTION/VENUE], unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
